Vacuum chamber opens and shuts hydraulically , product enters on a thin PTFE conveyor that passes through the seal face, the chamber is heated and evacuated for a programable period before air it allowed into the top of the chamber above a high temp silicone rubber diaphragm that then applies pressure the the glass sheets below. This machine was in use right up to the day we started decommissioning and is in good fully operational condition.
