Enorossi 400 complete olive oil processing line with decanter centrifuge

The Olive Processing line as supplied by enorossi is as follows:

1 x input/receiver hopper, Stainless Steel, approx. 1100mm x 1000mm x 950mm(h) with enclosed auger delivery tube fixed at 1400mm(h) with reverse function for cleaning, feeding, 1 x washer/deleafer, features metal cage with water, jet and leaf storage hopper, 1 x staging hopper, stainless steel, approx 1100mm x 900mm x 850mm(h) with enclosed delivery auger fixed at approx 1800mm(h) feeding 1 x Enorssi hammer mill, Malaxer, double bowl stainless steel, approx 1500mm(l) x 560mm(w) x 960mm(h) with feeder hopper, featuring auger delivery, 1 x paste separator ``Enorossi`` Oliomatic 400 Decanter/separator, centrifuge type, Model D.O.L. 400 with attached waste paste motorised delivery unit, along with electronic control board and cabinet.

The decanter is equipped with a 10HP 7.5KW ABB motor, According to the hour counter on the control panel the unit has done 1553hours and 37min

Enorossi rate this system at 400KG per hour, however I know from my research that it was being run at approximately 290KG/ hour by its previous owners in order to achieve what they considered an optimal yield. The equipment has done only 5 harvests and is in very good condition. I have technical documentation and a small stock of spare parts including bearings and O rings that are probably for the decanter and a replacement hammer rotor for the hammer mill. This line was replaced with a much larger capacity system as the former owner now does a lot of contract processing for other growers in the area, a business they established using this equipment.

The system was augmented with an additional dry de-leafing system comprising: a plastic chain type elevator conveyor all metal parts stainless, a feed hopper and a high power material handling type centrifugal blower. Although not part of this listing this item is listed separately.
