This vessel was ordered by ARF Australian Renewable Fuels for their Largs bay plant in 2011 using money from an insurance payout from a fire in 2010. it was never installed or commissioned and is still sitting in the transport cradles from the Manufacturer.
Built in Australia in by 2011 JLMD Services. Description: Esterification Reactor, Vessel #46-R-203, S/N: 3381-011. Design Codes: AS1210-2100 CI: IH, Hazard Level AS4343 : B, Design Pressure 1000 KPA, Design Temperature 120°C, Operating Pressure 600 KPA, Test Pressure 1430 KPA. Radiography: Long Seams 100%, CIRC Seams 100%, Volume 34,000 Litres, Total Working Weight 45,000 Kg, Inspection Registration #257.U.843, Work Cover Registration #PV6-155910/12. Approx Length 8.5 Mtrs/ Width 2.6 Mtrs, Top Hatches (2), End Hatch (1).
